Hi Lovers ! I totally understand the struggle with the express shipping option on our website nyerehaircare.com/, i do know how you feel about this . At this point there is nothing we can do about it . IT IS A DECISION FOR DHL TO MAKE WETHER OR NOT TO REDUCE THEIR TARRIF . This option is an express service, which takes 3-5 business days to deliver items ! Shipping is also determined by the weight of the item purchased or in cart and that starts from 0-2 kg , meaning that there is nothing like 0kg, 0.5 kg or 1 kg . Whatever you are purchasing is regarded as 0-2 kg worth , it is not our fault that DHL made their shipping that way . We cannot opt for cargo shipping at this point because it takes 2-3 months for items to be delivered to Customers and without tracking information, and a customer is expected to shop about 10-20 kg worth of items to be qualified to use this cargo option . We chose not to use it because of the inflexibility. We chose DHL because it is flexible and you can chop from 2kg and above .

We urge you to understand that shipping is not something we can control at the moment, we don’t own a cargo or shipping company, as a brand , we made sure to make our products very affordable for you to shop while maintaining our standard and high quality . On the other hand, you can ask families traveling down to Nigeria to help you pick up some products from us .

We employ you to also reduce your cart , you can start with few products and if you like the products which I know you definitely will , then you can come back for more ! We’ve recorded over 98% of returning customers who have returned for more ( that’s how amazing our products are ) . We are just an upcoming brand , and we are barely a year in the market and we will not relent in making sure we serve our customers well.

Those tariffs are a pain believe me when I received the message of an extra charge that was more than the item I purchased I was upset! But again it’s beyond your control… I accepted to pay and got my item. I love it so far and will update in progress. Patience is key 🙏
