General blue is actually busted. He was able to stop Krillin, Goku, and Roshi at the same time. He'd just need to do that and then place a bomb and it's over

Just rewatched all the battles, i take it all back, chappa wins, i know goku says he was holding back, but unless hebwas holding back to the point where hes treating chappa like hes made out of glass, chappas taking this one. Chappa fought a goku that has 3 years of training on the goku that fought all of the others, and he puts a much better showing on than any of the others. Chappa was kind taking some of gokus hits and coming back. Goku kind of puts commander black away easily and outside of getting stuck in the mummy's binds, he one shot mummy. Keep in mind this was the goku prior to 3 years of training. Chappas probably taking this one. Crazy to think that considering hes never important, guy must have some crazy training regimen

King Chappa stomps. Roshi and co were worried about Goku fighting Chappa despite him already having defeated Tao Pai Pai and having trained with Korrin. And this is before the 23rd Budokai where he got even stronger.

It's definitely King Chapa. Unlikely the rest of these guys, King Chapa keeps training and gets better between his two appearances. He'd probably be a problem for anyone other than the main cast, and Goku continuously being his opponent in the Preliminaries is almost a cruel joke. And bare in mind, that that's a Goku who had already trained with Korin... Before training for three years. And that's Chapa's first appearance. After that, he drinks the Ultra Divine Water and trains with Kami. For some comparison... Goku could go evenly with Blue (before he trained with Korin) until Blue used his telekinesis. Then Blue got one-shot by Tao's Toungue. Then Tao tanks a Kamehameha from Goku. Then Goku trains to a point that he can tank a Dodon Ray from Tao. Then he fights the Battle Armour and decisively wins. Then Goku dunks on The Mummy so hard that his basic punch beats him... Then he trains for three years. And then he decimates King Chapa at the 22nd Tenkaichi Budokai. Even at this point he's still won, but the Battle Armour's missiles or Blue's Telekinesis could pose an issue. So... Goku proceeds to lose to an Old DK Piccolo. But then Goku gets the Ultra Divine Water and beats Young DK Piccolo (though it is an extremely uphill fight). He then trains with Kami and Mr Popo for three years and returns at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budokai stronger than ever to kick King Chapa's butt. King Chapa even states that he's trained for this. King Chapa takes pretty easily, due actually training to keep up with the power creep. It didn't work though but hey it's better than Blue.

What about "how far can Beelzebub (Sand Land) get in Dragonball?"

Goku had a little trouble with black in the suit, immediately after though, goku with seemingly no difficulty takes down mummy in a few hits. Blue was taken down in 1 hit by mercenary tao and goku beat him. Champa doesn't really have any feats imo because goku takes him out so easily that I can't really scale him, but the goku that fought him is also alot stronger than the goku that fought the others so I can't really scale him, but I feel like it'd just be odd for someone who was taken out so easily to be stronger than some of the major villains from the arc prior. So imo it's Blue<Chappa<Mummy<Black

IMO Blue could have beaten Tao if he went all out with his telekinesis immediately

Only 2 possible correct answers, Blue only cause of his technique, or King Chappa. Roshi and Yamcha experienced Goku going all out against the Devil Man, yet after knowing Goku had trained for 3 years, they thought Chappa would be hard opponent for him. So idk why the mummy has more votes.

Shouldnt have made this poll since 99% of db fans dont watch og dragon because it hurts their ego that they are watching a main character who is a child

These polls always tell me people just pick their favourite characters or theyve forgotten about most of these other side characters. General Blue is getting clapped by arguably everyone else on this list if we consider where Goku was in his training at the time and how much effort it required. Other than Blues weird paralyzation powers he wasnt all that strong.

closest 4 way match ups I've seen someone make on dragon ball characters!

Gone, but not forgotten. (I remember them all, and sometimes use them in various what-if's I make)

Roshi and the others thought Goku would've had a hard time against Chappa even after three years of non-stop training since the Red Ribbon Army arc. That pretty much automatically puts him above anyone else Goku's fought up to that point.

Tough one really. Chappa is well regarded even by Roshi and while he probably doesn't really compare to the main cast by the time he appears that rep has to come from somewhere. But he isn't shown to have any ki blasts or anything of the sort so it's hard to see what he could do to Black's mech since I don't think he's quite at the point where he could just punch the shit out of it. Blue is probably the weakest of the lot physically (except for Black out of the mech), but he is crafty and has unique techniques. His psychic bind with the rope was so strong that Goku and Roshi couldn't break out of it unassisted. So I imagine he could paralyze everyone else here well enough, assuming his abilities would work through the mech's cockpit. Mummy is sort of this weird midpoint where I think he can reasonably hold his own against all of the others but I just can't see him necessarily winning. I feel like these guys all have like an RPS thing going on where each guy can beat someone else but not everyone. Blue: Feel like he could beat Black and Chappa, but I think Mummy could win. Couldn't explain why however. Just vibes. Black: Think he could tank anything the Mummy or Chappa can dish out, but I feel like Blue's abilities could stun him within the mech and then Blue could probably get in there and kill him fairly easily. Chappa: Feel like Blue and Black have ways to deal with him, but I feel like he could beat the Mummy, largely.based on aura and the amount of respect the dude has garnered in-universe. Mummy: Feel like he only really handles Blue. Again, could not tell you why.

I feel like Blue’s showing against Goku was significantly better compared to Bandages. That and his telekinesis is just really strong, and unless he pulls a Tao, I don’t see Bandages getting past the psychic powers. (Or a mouse helps him out)

Chappa (23rd tournament) > black (battle jacket) > chappa (22nd tournament) > general blue > bandages

Iirc correvtly the mummy and officer black got no diffed by RRA arc Goku. Only reason general blur aint get the same treatment was his paralyzation powers, but that’s not gonna work in a free for all fight like this. King Chappa gave a stronger version of Goku a good fight and is an ex world martial arts tournament champ. He would win imo
