The problem with FOMO is not the missing out.

The truth is, we can never miss out. It is an illusion.

There are only choices, and none of those choices gives us zero experience.

We’re always having an experience; it’s just a trade-off. There is a time for adventure, and there is a time for rest, and we need both.

There are countless things we could always be doing, and we could never do all of them.

It is only comparison (what is to what could be) that creates the conflict within us. If our desire for experience exceeds our capacity, we suffer. If we embrace every experience we have, we’re free.

I suffer from FONMO…Fear of Not Missing Out. My happiness rises in direct proportion to the number of social events that get cancelled. 🎉

What physical, mental, emotional needs, desires are important to meet according to the non-physical Consciousness/Awareness that I AM? Those needs are being met. The Consciousness/Awareness that I AM is in charge. My experience 🙏🌎💕
