The one thing that keeps my energy level the highest is hitting the gym and being active in the middle of the day and / or blowing out my side pieces back at some point in the early afternoon.

It’s what helps me come down from my day and it’s rolling a chubby one and doom scrolling

Yes to me decaf kind of defeats the purpose of drinking coffee, I'll do without if it's too late in the day

Most days I have electrolytes in my water in the morning, sometimes in the afternoon as well if I’m working a late shift. That’s not a stimulant but it does give me endurance for the day. Very rarely I will have an iced chai latte but I only do that if I’m feeling very sluggish and have to do something tiring. If there are no pressing obligations, I would rather prioritize rest and take it easy than consume a coffee or an energy drink.

Caffeine either does nothing to me or has the opposite effect (making me tired). I get a small amount from soda, but I don't drink it for the caffeine and it's usually much later in the day anyway.

As someone with a history of heart issues… a cup of coffee or 2 and an energy drink or 2 every day will do the trick.

Depends on how much I want to taste the coffee I'll drink a gallon if it weren't for the potential caffeine overload

Too many, but if I actually slept I think I could cut most of them out. I get about 4 hours a day.
