Interesting video from Dr. Nick Norwitz on a newer “sugar” that is l fascinating. Actually occupies the same receptor as fructose and can block fructose absorption and improve metabolic health. https://youtu.be/pr93EsEV2bM?si=Vr1fd...

I've tried allulose and it tore up my digestive tract. Something to keep in mind that it can cause a lot of issues.

U should make an Allulose playlist on the channel. Because not all the titles have allulose in it & don’t necessarily show up when someone is looking for Thomas D allulose videos

How do you not let your stretch marks bother you and get in the way of your life? Please, I need some help. I’ve been paralyzed by the stretch marks I developed from my weight gain. They have shattered my confidence, drive/motivation, and quite frankly, my will to live believe it or not. I haven’t been outside in months because I hate the sight of my body shape and skin. Yes I know that is pathetic and superficial, but I cannot help it. It’s just how I feel and I am trying to over come this. I feel disgusting, ashamed, & of course regretful. I understand that I can change the shape, perhaps even build my body better than ever. But the skin … the skin will never heal unless they come out with a true cure for scar tissue. But I am in awe of you Thomas for not letting that stop you. It’s very impressive and inspiring. I hope to one day not care about them ever again and use them as strength rather than a weakness. Cus as of now they are my kryptonite.

I've tried it and it works for me based on my CGM readings.

Sugar was demonized in the same way that red meat, cholesterol and saturated fat was. Nothing wrong with it.
