Hi Jeremy, I've been watching your videos for a couple years and I think I am about ready to buy an offset smoker. I have limited space and was wondering your thoughts about using the cook chamber as a charcoal grill to grill burgers, brats, or steaks when I don't want to commit to a long smoke? Would you recommend against this?

Hi, Jeremy. Saw your cold smoke video with all the meat. Great! Can you cold smoke on a pellet grill by smoking for hours between 150 and 200 degrees? I have a GMG. Thanks.
