I had a trampoline as a kid, grew up with pools, now I wanna have a go kart

I always DREAMED of having a pool. My parents spent all the Welfare checks on smokes and cable. They didn’t treat me too often. Anyway, i now rent the home i grew up in as a kid and i wanted to make my dream come true. I bought a 10 ft frame pool ONLY big enough for myself and a special few. My neighbor is someone i went to high school with and i literally told her this is for ME ONLY you cant pay me to let you swim in it 😂 being a petty spoiled brat was part of the fun. I literally spent last summer drinking and floating around in it after work. If you grow up and have the money, buy some of your childhood things you couldn’t get. I regret NOTHING

Pool, love having one. It’s above ground pool and living where we get bad winter weather and snow we have to take it down and put it back up the beginning of the next summer. But it’s worth it 🏊

I have a pool. The one thing about owning a pool is eventually you don’t want to anymore. you can only use it in the summer and the upkeep is time consuming and expensive. You were going to spend around $500 on chemicals per year at minimum. Usually more.

a go-kart in my landed mansion. Fuck yeah. Every year, tracks be altered. Christmas and year end holiday retreats for family and mid year breaks for employees, be fun for them. I hope

I'd rather have a one person kayak, or a place where I could practice sword fighting.

Being the first one and watching every choice go up to 100% was certainly an experience lol

In ways I'd like a pool but don't have one. Eventhough my son installs them every summer. I have a trampoline gets put up every now and again now. Go carts nah riding atvs on the pathways all over around where I live more fun. Truth either a hottub or a swim spa is more what I'm thinking.

A step-in bath or an orthopaedic bed would be much more useful for me.

I'd rather have a home with a garden but a pool is what's the closest to this...

Trust me a POOL s not a fun filled task. Gracious, the chemicals, the test strips, the cover, the debris it’s a job in itself. Lol my neighbors hubs complains all the time in summer and when it’s summers end, we enjoy it though after he’s got it all up and running 😂

Pools are great till the slightest thing happens. Go cart all the way cheap parts easy fixes

Pools are a pain in the ass after a while. Once you grow out of the fun of using it, you have to keep cleaning it and buying chlorine to keep it from turning green. I don't want my future house to have one
