Tangdok-gui really caught my attention! šŸ˜šŸ”„ I love dishes that are both flavorful and satisfying, and this one looks amazing. What makes it even better is that I genuinely love its main ingredients chicken, ginseng, garlic, and a delicious glaze šŸ§„šŸŒæ. Naengmyeon has made my heart very excited and wonderful. I would definitely love to have a full meal of Naengmyeon cuisine when I travel soon. I have watched the video carefully and it is indeed very exciting and wonderful. My favorite dish is Naengmyeon. I always love traveling in Seoul in the summer with cold noodles soup which makes the trip very exciting and wonderful. It is more than just food, there is a glimpse of history and tradition in every cold, clean bite that makes the trip very exciting and wonderful. Naengmyeon cuisine has always been my most delicious and popular choice.

I would definitely love to try roast chicken from Hannamdong Hanbangchicken restaurant during my trip to Seoul. This chicken is really delicious and flavourful which makes the trip worth it. I would love to try roast chicken in summer. Chicken with golden-brown crust is mouth-watering. It is not just a matter of taste but also pleasing to the eyes. The golden, crispy top part of fried chicken or roast chicken, called 'crust', has a texture and colour that attracts us. It tells that the chicken has been cooked at the right temperature and in the right way. All these qualities are found in 'Hannamdong Herbal Chicken'. I would love to taste this beautiful dish soon. Thank you very much for sharing this beautiful event with us.

Hwangtae-guk (dried pollack soup) is something I’ve never tried, but it instantly caught my attention! The clear broth and light ingredients look deceptively simple, yet I’ve read it’s full of nutrients and great for restoring energy, especially after stress or fatigue. I find the concept of using dried fish to enhance flavor and nutrition so interesting. Korean dishes like this really show the country’s deep understanding of balance and wellness. This is a dish I’d love to eat after a night walk along the Cheonggyecheon Stream — something that warms me inside but doesn’t weigh me down. Hwangtae-guk feels like the kind of comfort food I didn’t know I needed. A gentle, healing dish I would definitely look for in Seoul.

I would love to try Samgyetang! šŸ”šŸŒæ I’ve heard it’s the ultimate energy-boosting Korean dish, especially during the summer. The idea of tender chicken, ginseng, and sticky rice all in one comforting bowl sounds so nourishing and powerful. I think it would be the perfect dish to recharge while exploring Seoul! šŸ‡°

I chose Kongguksu (콩국수) because it's absolutely perfect for hot summer days! šŸœā˜€ļø Its light and refreshing taste makes it a unique experience, especially with its cold, creamy taste made from soybean milk. Not only is it delicious, but it's also healthy and nutritious! It gives me a refreshing feeling and restores my energy in the summer heat. A great choice for those looking for a light and distinctive summer street food in Korea šŸ’›

Dakjjim (braised chicken with vegetables and soy-based sauce) is my pick for the Korean energy dish I’d love to try! The rich, savory aroma combined with soft, juicy chicken and nutritious veggies makes it look so heartwarming and powerful. I love dishes that are cooked slowly and carefully — and dakjjim feels like a true comfort food that also restores energy. I imagine it would be perfect to eat with rice on a quiet evening in Seoul. It's beautiful how Korean cuisine brings together family traditions, flavor, and health in one dish. Plus, the combination of protein and nutrients in dakjjim would definitely help re-energize me for more travel adventures. I hope to enjoy this delicious dish during my visit to Korea!

Korean cuisine never fails to amaze me with their incredible variety and rich flavors!šŸ˜‹ From hearty stews to sizzling BBQ, every dish tells a story of culture and love for food. But if I had to choose one dish to power me up during the summer, it would definitely be a bowl of Naengmyeon ā„šŸœ. The chewy noodles, icy broth, and refreshing taste are like a cool breeze on a hot Seoul day! šŸ‡°šŸ‡·šŸ’™ I can only imagine how wonderful it would feel to enjoy this dish in Korea itself, surrounded by all the other mouthwatering Korean food items that make the cuisine so special. Wow, what a mouthwatering tour of Seoul’s best summer stamina foods! As someone who deeply appreciates the cultural meaning behind Korean cuisine—especially its health-oriented dishes—this episode was a real treat to watch. From the rich herbal flavors to the history behind each location, everything felt like a journey through both taste and tradition. The first stop at Hannam-dong Hanbang Tongdak was fascinating. The combination of crispy roasted chicken with medicinal herbs looked both comforting and powerful. Korean herbal medicine has always intrigued me, and seeing it infused into a dish as iconic as tongdak (roast chicken) was really cool. I can almost imagine how nourishing that broth must taste—like a warm hug on a hot summer day. Then came Donggang Yongbongtang, and honestly, I was blown away. I had never heard of this dish before, but the idea of boiling both dragon and phoenix—aka soft-shelled turtle and chicken—into one nutritious soup sounds incredibly luxurious and ancient. There’s something awe-inspiring about dishes that feel like they were made for royalty. I can see why this is considered a high-end stamina food. Lastly, the visit to Seoryeong with that beautiful plate of Pyongyang naengmyeon was the perfect finish. The cold buckwheat noodles looked so elegant and refreshing. I’ve tried naengmyeon a few times before, but now I’m really curious to try the authentic Pyongyang style—especially with the milder broth and simple garnishes. It looks like the kind of meal that cools both the body and the mind. While all three restaurants looked amazing, I personally would love to try Samgyetang one day. I know it's one of Korea’s classic summer stamina dishes—ginseng chicken soup with glutinous rice stuffed inside. I’ve seen it in dramas and cooking shows, and it always looks so hearty and healing. There’s something about that whole chicken sitting in a bubbling pot of herbal broth that feels incredibly symbolic, like it’s more than just a dish—almost like a form of care. Another health food that caught my eye (though not in this video) is Jeonbokjuk (abalone porridge). I’ve heard it’s great for digestion and often given to people recovering from illness or surgery. I love how Korean food isn’t just about taste, but also about healing—food as medicine. That’s something really special and unique in Korean culinary culture. Overall, this video made me realize how diverse and meaningful Korean health foods are. It's not just about "eating well," but also about honoring tradition, using seasonal ingredients, and supporting your body through natural means. Watching this Seoul Food Tour really made me want to visit these spots myself. I’m definitely adding them to my list for my next trip to Korea! Thank you for such an engaging and informative video. I hope you’ll continue showcasing not just the flavors, but the stories behind Korean food. Food is culture, and you’re doing a great job sharing that with the world. Can’t wait for the next episode!

I have always been very fond and interested in roast chicken like this. I would love to have a hearty taste of Roast Chicken first during my trip to Seoul. This dish has become my top choice so far. Because the chicken looks very delicious in the video, which will make the trip even more special. Because this is not just a dish, but a living example of the centuries-old Korean culinary heritage, where the power of herbs and the tenderness of chicken come together. So I would definitely love to have a hearty taste of roast chicken during my trip.

Seoul Boknal food has a really exciting and wonderful selection of dishes to offer, all of which are extremely delicious and flavourful. But my absolute favourite dish is yongbongtang which will make the trip worth it. It will make you appreciate the depth and diversity of Korean cuisine. It goes way beyond just kimchi and bulgogi, and yongbongtang is a great example of its rich culinary heritage. This soup has a comforting quality that makes you feel at home. It is like a grandmother's recipe, full of love and care, and nourishes you from the inside out. Experiencing yongbongtang is an art in itself, pleasing every taste bud. It is a meal that not only fills the stomach, but also satiates the soul, an experience you will never forget. I am very intrigued by this beautiful delicious dish and would definitely love to get a hearty taste of yongbongtang while traveling in Seoul.

One dish I absolutely want to try when I visit Korea this summer is Chueotang — mudfish soup! It may sound unusual, but I’ve heard it’s a hidden gem in Korean cuisine. Known for being rich in protein and nutrients, this dish is said to give a serious boost to stamina and energy, especially during the hot and humid weather. The earthy flavor, thick texture, and addition of perilla seed powder and vegetables make it sound both flavorful and satisfying. I think enjoying a steaming bowl of Chueotang in a local restaurant would be a memorable and authentic experience. Korean food never stops surprising me with how deeply it connects flavor with health. That’s why I admire the K-boyang food culture so much — delicious and meaningful!

If there’s one dish that could save me from the summer heat in Seoul, it has to be Pyongyang NaengmyeonšŸœāœØ That icy broth, chewy noodles and refreshing taste are just unbeatable! It feels like I am from Korean history itself especially knowing it dates back to the Goryeo Dynasty šŸÆšŸ’™ Korea really knows how to turn food into a cultural masterpiece. Chueotang has always caught my attention because it’s both earthy and comforting. Made with ground loach, soybean paste, and perilla seeds, it’s a dish packed with protein and calcium. I like how it’s hearty yet healthy—definitely something I’d try to feel recharged after a long day. 🐟🌿

One Korean dish I’ve always been fascinated by is Samgyetang (ginseng chicken soup). It’s such a culturally rich and nutritious dish! A whole young chicken stuffed with glutinous rice, jujube, garlic, and ginseng simmered until tender—it's a masterpiece of health. I’ve read that Koreans traditionally eat this during the hottest summer days to restore energy, and I’d love to experience that tradition myself. Ginseng is known for boosting immunity and stamina, and combined with the warm broth, it seems like the perfect natural energizer. I think trying samgyetang in Seoul, surrounded by locals, would not only power up my body but also give me a deep connection to Korean wellness culture. It’s more than a meal—it’s a cultural ritual I really admire!

Korean food has so many healing dishes, but Doenjang Jjigae (soybean paste stew) is one that I’d go back to again and again. It might seem simple, but I believe it’s full of earthy strength. Made with fermented soybean paste, tofu, veggies, and sometimes seafood, it’s a dish that’s both nourishing and grounding. There’s something timeless about it — a connection to Korea’s history, homes, and health traditions. I’d love to enjoy this in a small countryside restaurant after hiking or exploring Seoul’s trails. It may not be as flashy as grilled meats or spicy seafood, but it has quiet power. Doenjang Jjigae feels like a warm hug and a reminder to slow down and savor the moment.

'Galbitang' my ultimate power up dish! šŸ–āœØ Every time I see a kdrama scene where someones feeling weak or coming home tired there’s always a steaming bowl of galbitang waiting šŸ’› I have fallen in love with Korean cuisine through dramas, YouTube vlogs, and late night cravings. From crispy kimchi pancakes to bubbling stews, everything tells a story but galbitang feels like a chapter of healingā¤ One day I hope to sit in a cozy Seoul eatery on a rainy day watching the steam rise from my bowl just like in the dramas. Until then I will keep dreaming and drooling
