So far a packed programme of railtours have been booked or are in my planning books for 2025 during the big Railway 200 anniversary year.

The first was March's "Shap Mountaineer" with 45596 Bahamas and I will be visiting Scarborough this weekend when 5043 Earl of Mount Edgcumbe while hauling "The White Rose".

I will be going on a second "Shap Mountaineer" in September which will be with 7029 Clun Castle and will also be my first outing down the S&C behind a western engine. Two further outings behind 7029 following this trip are going/planned to be done, the one I haven't yet booked is "The Cathedrals Express" tour that visits Newcastle but I have now booked the second trip which will be the "Farewell to Steam Special" in November. This tour also being an anniversary run to mark almost 60 years since the original tour in 1965.

Tickets for this trip are £165pp for tourist seating.
