Maybe orchestrate the Tchaikovsky trio as an actual piano concerto? Seeing as that’s basically what it is already lol. Or maybe a Franck chamber piece, like the piano quintet? Those already have so many sound effects and quasi-orchestral textures that I think they could sound really good with a full orchestra
