While I’m in the process of working on the next couple of videos, I noticed today that our video on Testosterone appears to be on track to soon be the most viewed video on the channel!
I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all your support, as well as ask for your feedback on what kinds of videos you want to see up next.
Specifically, I’m curious whether you’d like to see more videos on these broader health optimization topics, or if you’d rather have more of the videos where we focus on one specific supplement instead.
You can leave your answer as a comment on this post and I’ll make sure to come back and check them in a few days.
Since I’ve got no shortage of video topic ideas in my head, your input is super useful for helping me figure out where best to focus.
Also, in regards to the Testosterone video, I recently found out that LetsGetChecked, my sponsor that was featured in that video, has released an update to their complete male hormone test that will now also tell you how high (or low) your Cortisol levels are as well.
Cortisol, as we’ve mentioned before is seen classically as a ‘stress hormone’, and while the health risks associated with levels above normal are fairly well understood (including fat gain and increased blood pressure), low levels can also cause their own issues, like chronic tiredness and fatigue.
I thought this was kinda cool to see considering we talked about Cortisol a lot in that video. The link should still be under the video but I’ll put it here too if you’re curious. Also, I think my 30% off discount code DORIAN30 should still be working too. ( trylgc.com/dorian )
Anyways I’m back to working on our next video script now, but looking forward to reading your feedback in the comments below this post.
