I'd much rather the broad health topics rather than supplementation. I know it's not super broad but your videos on water fasting as well as your video on weights have been some of the most useful and applicable videos for me across all of fitness/health youtube

While I’m in the process of working on the next couple of videos, I noticed today that our video on Testosterone appears to be on track to soon be the most viewed video on the channel!
I wanted to take a moment to say a huge thank you for all your support, as well as ask for your feedback on what kinds of videos you want to see up next.
Specifically, I’m curious whether you’d like to see more videos on these broader health optimization topics, or if you’d rather have more of the videos where we focus on one specific supplement instead.
You can leave your answer as a comment on this post and I’ll make sure to come back and check them in a few days.
Since I’ve got no shortage of video topic ideas in my head, your input is super useful for helping me figure out where best to focus.

Cortisol, as we’ve mentioned before is seen classically as a ‘stress hormone’, and while the health risks associated with levels above normal are fairly well understood (including fat gain and increased blood pressure), low levels can also cause their own issues, like chronic tiredness and fatigue.
I thought this was kinda cool to see considering we talked about Cortisol a lot in that video.
