Been around 33-34" vert for a while now. Only been 1 year of training though. Been using a smith machine at planet fitness this whole time, but got a new gym membership and going to actually start using free weight and power cleans and everything. Determined to get stronger and more explosive. Only been 2 weeks so far. Excited how the next few months will be

Wouldn't count it as injury since is completely unrelated but when I had my highest vertical I needed to have surgery which made me quit exercising for a while, just now starting to gain back strength.

Because I’m trying to get big and do heavyweight BJJ and I also want to increase my vertical, but getting big is hard to do while also trying to increase vertical I’ll start my vertical training this coming summer IA
