Prime Minister Narendra Modi visited Himachal Pradesh today to review the flood situation and damage caused due to cloudbursts, rains, and landslides in the affected areas of Himachal Pradesh.
PM Modi announced a financial assistance of Rs 1500 crore for Himachal Pradesh. PM Modi also announced an ex-gratia of Rs 2 lakh to the next of kin of the deceased and Rs 50,000 to the seriously injured in the floods and natural calamities.
