One of winter's positive aspects are long, dark nights with clear, cold air. Starry sky looks absolutely spectacular at such night. If only we could have a bright comet from time to time... All the most recent ones went for Southern hemisphere :(

You can hear the 'whistle' when a meteor is detected. Look at the channel for the current stream.
