I just lost a major friendgroup. I feel the lyrics of this song so deeply. Unable to fight because my friends aren't willing to fight for the relationship to stay alive. I know I'm doing the right thing as I stand on the line because I can feel the sun (or Son) shining on my face. I'm still worried that I may never be able to cross back over and that I may be disappointing people I love- but I'm reaching my final form here in this grief. It's interesting that this song poses a hypothetical for what he knows he'll end up crossing anyway. Too scared to do it in the moment he asks all the questions that will be answered as soon as he takes his first and final step. You guys continue to inspire me daily. I've started creating some Ideas of my own in terms of music. This one... is different from the others I've been inspired by, putting me into a healthy vulnerable space that I'm not used to. It definitely opens my eyes to something, a world... that I wasn't sure if I could create in. Thank you, so much for continuing to be my inspiration. One day I hope to create something remarkable. Push On Through my Family from across the state lines. Gonna be another one that gets listened to while battling insomnia.

My grandma passed away 1 year ago today. Thank you Tyler ❤️ I wasn’t prepared to have this connection to this song with my grandma like that. She meant a lot to me and this really means a lot to me after a really rough year. |-/
