Thank you for pointing this out!! As a “yes” voter in Ohio, I just wanted to point out that it’s actually Issue 1 here!

It’s not “amendment 2” in Ohio bud. It’s “Issue 1” Which you should still vote YES on. Signed, An Ohio leftists who is wondering why Sherrod Brown is running the same senate campaign that got us fucking JD Vance as our senator.

Issue 1 was written deliberately confusingly, with both the "yes" and "no" campaigns running on "Stop Gerrymandering". A Yes vote gets us a 15 person committee with Democrats, Republicans, and Independents making the maps, a No leaves us with the same system that had several maps thrown out in a row for being too gerrymandered. It's extremely important to get the plain language of the ballot out there, before it was run through Frank LaRose's bs filter

Unfortunately, Ohioans should also vote Dem on Ohio Supreme Court races to make sure Boneless chicken has no bones and the redistricting amendment is enforced

As others have pointed out, it's Issue 1 that you want a big solid YES on. Much as I hate to say it, if you want even a chance of unfucking this state you gotta vote blue down the ballot as well.

when you read the word "private" always say no to everything, if you were not created rich.

In Kentucky vote no on both Constitutional Amendments but if you're in Fayette County, vote yes on the local county wide ordinance to establish a parks fund for the city please.

In Missouri, this election contains a vote for an amendment to ban ranked choice voting, but it’s presented as banning illegal immigrants from voting (which already is the case).

Ballotpedia has a pretty good write up and video on it as well. Just look for 2024 ohio issue 1
