Higher pressures seem better for me for the Pike. They seem to have feeding times where I am.....early morning then later in the afternoon. Some come out with leeches on so you can tell they not moving around much.

I'm going tomorrow so I will let you know how I get on! Conditions - Overcast & sunny spells, a maximum of 6 degrees, high pressure and light winds. Hoping for my first 'fish' of the year 🤞

Fishing With Steve
Here is a question I had when I was looking at the weather forecast before heading out on the pike session in my last video. https://youtu.be/6UJLMxzRmXc
There was high pressure system of 1048hPa for the day. That brought with it clear sky's, bright sunshine and very little wind. I was looking online for thoughts on it and found a mixed bag of opinions.
So I thought I'd ask here. Do you think high pressure when pike fishing really makes a difference? and if so how? Do you think pike feed more or less with very high pressure? I ended up catching on the session but have underwater footage of a few pike that just were not interested in feeding. Just interested in people's experiences.
