I've fallen in love with coaching and being a coach.

I relaunched my new coaching program at 99$ a couple of weeks ago, and I'm happy that several have already signed up.

Some of you are coming in to find out your personality type. I'll help you explore not just your personality but also your current development and where you are in the spectrum.

Most of you have struggles with your inferior function or undeveloped traits and the dynamic between them. I'll show you how to overcome those struggles.

What I like most about coaching is that I get to do what I like best—listen and mentor others. I get into a flow state when I can help or guide others. Between sessions, I spend much time preparing relevant books for you. I'm not just your coach -- I'm your personal librarian, and I can find exercises and tips you can use between sessions to move further in your growth path. Become aware of and learn how to work through and find flow by creating a positive relationship between your dominant and inferior functions.

Growth can feel like an abstract word. What does it mean in practice? You're not just finding yourself for the fun of it or just for the knowledge. My sessions are intended to improve your well-being and life by helping you get a raise, find a better-fit job, or have better relationships. It's not about working through Extroverted Thinking. It's about learning how to nurture a sense of Competence to give you the power to move through the professional world as an equal, not an inferior.

I have over a decade of coaching experience and have coached hundreds of people in my life.

This is a photo from my vacation in Walchensee, the Alps in Germany. The view was breathtaking, and the hike up to the top was amazing. More time outside has benefited me and my well-being most over the last few years.
