For me I've always found Whitespark is reliable. They're known for manual citation building (not just automated directory blasts). They research niche directories, check existing listings, fix inconsistencies, and submit to the authorative platforms.
But there are others that are also worthy of a mention.
You want to appear in as many relevant and trusted local directories as possible especially trade-specific ones. Whitespark or BrightLocal are top of my list for trust and results.
