They’re wayyyy too hit or miss to be higher than B. Gengar is just a shadow face. Giratina’s a draconic skeleton. Draconic skeleton all the way. Mimikyu is fine ig, spoopy little halloween costume dude is a funny joke but then you get Golurk, a possessed statue. Omg the differences are night and day.
