The Enhanced is very beginner friendly for those players who just want to start out their 1st day in gta online; whereas the legacy version just lacks too many great features but if you watch guides on YouTube then maybe you can maintain and keep up progress with the players in the Enhanced. My personal stance is most of the public lobbies in legacy had at least 1 to 3 modders but in the Enhanced version even when playing with modders in public lobbies the game lags a little but not noticeable
