TL;DR, Iuno is obviously Augusta's BiS, but that's not the interesting part. Iuno is our strongest subDPS, matching S0R0 Changli at S0R0, and far exceeds Changli at S0R1. Iuno is strong enough you can use her in literally any team you want even if the buffs don't interact, because she is just THAT strong. Any team Changli would've been a dualDPS, Iuno will perform better, so long as Changli's Outro didn't benefit the main carry. Phrolova hits harder than Iuno still, but takes 2-3s longer to rotate, and thus there will be teams where Iuno will fit better.
Iuno is very energy hungry, and I strongly would advise at least 125 ER. She has cancel variants that can drastically speed up her rotations, at the cost of DPR, but maintains the same DPS. The upper practical limit is 135 ER, and allows her to run 7s rotations. It is possible to run a 5s rotation at even more DPR loss, but still identical DPS, but is unloopable (requires over 180 ER), and would only be recommended for rushing the final rotation, or speedruns to get to your mainDPS faster.
5pc Moonlit is technically better than 3pc CoV + 2pc X for teamDPS when Iuno is played with Augusta, but the gap is VERY small. I would advise building 3pc CoV + 2pc X anyways, because this is the superior option in ALL other teams, especially if you want to ever play mainDPS Iuno.
On the topic of Iuno mainDPS, she is pretty dependent on her Signature for this, but Verity's Handle is still good enough. S0R1 Iuno (730-790k) has higher raw damage than S0R1 Carlotta (675k), and is actually on-par with Phoebe (740k). The problem is Iuno lacks a proper subDPS buffer; there is no 50% Lib Amplify, or 20/25 Aero/Lib Amplify 5* limited unit so far. She has an amazing future if this ever happens. Ciaccona is her current best partner, and the super fast rotations fit perfectly with Iuno's extended rotations taking ~13-14s.
