After further looking into the first contract made with Steven, Colburn did go there on 11/03 and speak to Steven as it’s in the Calumet County CASO report. That makes everything learned afterwards with a setup even more believable. How was this entire case not a mistrial and all the evidence collected not deemed inadmissible? I want to believe he’s innocent, I always have, but either way this is a filthy and disgusting display of injustice and corruption I think I’ve ever seen.

So I was just listening to a podcast, and the host said that Colburn spoke to Steven and he seemed surprised and concerned that Theresa was missing. Them she said that later that evening at 21:02 is when he called in the license plate. Is this accurate? Did Colburn speak to Steven then later that day call the plate in? If that timeline is accurate, doesn’t that place more doubt into his reason for calling the plate in, that he was just confirming what he has written down? If he was off duty when he called it in, why was he speaking to Steven?

Foul Play
I'd like to thank everyone for sticking around and coming back to the live (OM 126) tonight after I had a power flicker that killed my internet for several minutes. Much appreciated!
