Brother, you look healthy and strong. Keep up the good work. Thank you for all you do. I will never again put my foot in a gym.

Awesome. Post some meal prep videos. There are plenty of choices to make and it's easy to be overwhelmed by the variety of foods.

What city are u where u can bike everywhere? Thatβs great btw. I bike everywhere too. Iβm not into sports. Biking, calisthenics & natural foods does wonders for my physique

Great shape ππΌ What's your size btw? I always kind of compare myself to the hight-weight-relation. As I am 186cm for me 81 kg would look different I guess.

Old School Calisthenics
Picture soon after the workout. By the way, I am 80-81 kilograms currently, the leanest ever. Nutrition definitely played the most essential part here as I eat at home 90% of the time.
I want to emphasize how crucial it is to eat clean constantly, to cook and prepare your meals and pack them anywhere you go. I also ride the bike throughout the city for almost every task I have to do. All this, along with basic calisthenics and consistently playing some sports (basketball, tennis, paddling), provided me this shape.
So I encourage you to be as active as you possibly can. Eat healthy and sustainable, no need to cut on calories so much if you intend to build some muscle definition.
The workout was: [10 pull-ups -> 15 dips -> 20 leg raises -> 15 pushups] x 5 cycles.
Not much, but it did the job just well!
By the way, the meal I added was before the workout. Very sustainable and has plenty of nutrients. I had a lot of energy.
