Russia is getting hit hard, but demands everything in its favour. Europe is buying the US weapons and is drawing up the plans. Ukraine should demand reparations and full retreat of Russian forces. Well let’s see who then wants all the killing to continue? 25,000 average dead per month is not enough for some leaders! Peace will have to come sometime. The eastern areas that Russia wants are Russian speaking and a lot of this territory is occupied by Russia. In any UN plebiscite it will cede to Russia in a landslide. Ukraine will NOT join NATO as previously agreed in the Clinton Accord. As for the EU who really cares. There will certainly be no foreign military allowed ever in Ukraine. If peacekeepers are needed they can be drawn from neutral countries in the region. NATO and the EU can forget being peacekeepers as if this is suggested Putin will reject it and suggest peacekeepers from North Korea, Iran or Belarus!
