Why celebrate this mediocre album? The first 3 Pixies albums are 3 of the greatest albums in music history “come on pilgrim”, “surfer Rosa” and “Doolittle”. Bossanova is so bland and disappointing in comparison. Except for the track “velouria” it ought to be respectfully forgotten.
