MY GYM GUIDES ARE BACK!!🥳🥳 & just in time for the new year! I have two DUMBBELL ONLY 4 week GUIDES available again. They are PDFs that you can download and have access to forever! The workouts are beginner friendly and all you need is some dumbbells and yourself! NO extra equipment required!

There is a 3x week split available and a 5x a week split available. This way you can choose between working out 3x a week or 5x a week depending on your schedule! All workouts are only 30 minutes to an hour long!
