It almost feels unnatural to see the pixel character move so fluidly, but at the same time, it clearly shows the incredible amount of work that goes into making these sprite animations, all just so you can put them up on YouTube. It’s amazing and I’m a big fan.

It looks great! Seeing how well you handle such a departure from your usual style shows your flexibility as an animator. Seeing how smooth it was really caught me off guard, as while I knew it would be using 3D models to create the sprites, I wasn’t expecting the frame count for those sprites to be so high. The way it allows for entirely unique shot compositions is very striking, too. It takes advantage of the shift in technique in a great way, offering its own unique appeal. Looking forward to the full animation!

While I like the idea of a "Perfected Cell Max" we must not forget that Cell Max was perfected. The only thing missing from this Cell was not having a conscious to fully function on his own. Some fans genuinely believed a Perfect Cell Max exist where he'll undego a new transformation like the original. This is only because his design is that of a Semi-Perfect Cell. However, this was just a design choice from the creator as Semi-Perfect and Imperfect Cell were his favorite designs. The pixel looks very clean! Keep up the great work and try not to overwork yourself!

I want you to definitely include this animation style in other projects. It shows how far you've come as a sprite animator and the skills you've displayed. While I do like the 2d animation style, this is very refreshing. Keep up the good work. I'm looking forward to the next animation.

Okay personally, I prefer the old style. Nothing against this new one, it looks great, but something about the old style works better for me. Don't know if it is just seeing something different after everything else or just my own preference since I grew up on those old flash sprite series like Ed Edd n Eddy Z and Super Mario Bros Z

This style looks pretty fire. The potential for different angles are endless. I’d like to see in a few more what ifs in this style for sure.

It’s definitely cool to see you put so much effort into a new type of way to showcase one of your awesome stories. I can’t fully give my opinion on it until I see the finished version though. But for now, I think it’s an interesting start.

So that's why it is taking this much time it's because of 3d sprite animation

I like the idea that you're kinda doing what the animation (of the movie) did in making it in a 3D setting, while you're kinda taking the same take but instead its more in line with what you can do.

This is very good! I really like the style though I still somewhat prefer the 2D Extreme ButĹŤden-like sprites like in the Goku and "Bardock" and Baby Vegetto Black vs Beerus If something was animated like that with this 3D style sprinkled in it would be awesome!

For those of you who haven't noticed, the first *VIDEO PREVIEW* of the upcoming [What-If #21] - Gohan, Piccolo and Broly VS A "Perfected" Cell Max, has just dropped! 📢📢 www.youtube.com/shorts/47eFGN...
I'd love your feedback about what you think about this experimental style in the comments below! This isn't a complete style shift. I'll still be doing the classic pixel-art style in more animations, which I very much enjoy! Stay tuned!! 🍺
