I’ve been following you for just over a year sporadically, but 4-5 days for the past few months (dumbbells at home). Watching you continuously encouraging us at home and pushing our limits, in and away from work outs, is truly inspiring. You push me to go harder when I used to give up, giving cues and modifications throughout. You have helped me become a better person - in strength and determination, so I wanted to reach out and thank you. You are the epitome of ‘no excuses’ if you can do work outs heavily pregnant, then I have NO excuse not to give your workouts my best. Love and gratitude from the UK 🥰

Got my PREP calendar and I started yesterday! I am sore! You stepped it up a notch! I haven’t been perfect but I have been consistent and I am seeing gains!!! So excited to see where I am at the end of year after an entire year with you!!!!
