Hello everyone! We have some exciting news regarding the Copenhagen Chimp troop, as the troop is about to become one member bigger: Meet Donna! Donna was born in Chester Zoo and moved to Bremerhaven, Zoo Am Meer around 10 years ago. She came to Copenhagen at the end of last month, and so far the process of getting her used to everything is going extremely well! As the ape jungle is closed, it's limited the coverage we are able to share from this exciting time, but we will be sharing the moments we have been able to capture so far, and we look forward to seeing the jungle open again with Donna fully integrated in the troop :) Here's a picture of her taken from one of the windows, outside the ape jungle last week.
