They are probably the best all round 22 made for the last 50 years. Every body has one or has owned one. They work great no problems!!!!!

I have a 10/22 with two ruger parts: the charging handle because its a placeholder and the trigger pack because its a placeholder. They'll both eventually be replaced with Kidd parts to match the bolt and receiver.

Why do people love them so much? I’ve owned 5 different ones, new ones and old. They’ve all been terrible. Constantly jamming or not ejecting or not feeding. I shouldn’t have to put several hundred dollars into a several hundred dollar 22 to make it reliable. Meanwhile Keltec P17 has been flawless and a pin shooter🤷♂
