I've seen this funny misconception that Toji=3F Sukuna in speed which is just... Not true
1-Comparing both performances, not only Megumi was way stronger (this Megumi was just a bit weaker and slower than a Yuji who outright has high grade 1 stats, and the one that fought against Sukuna was getting his ass handled by Maki and Base Panda physically, 2 grade 2 level sorcerers, and also this was before his training arc that made him relative to semi grade 1+ Kamo). This Megumi is able to land a surprise kick, and is even able to catch Sukuna offguard with his snake. He could not do anything similar against Toji despite Megumi having an environmental advantage being in a closed space (unlike when he fought 3F being in a closed space). Toji has a way better performance against a way stronger Megumi in way better conditions
2-Megumi said that Toji≈3F Sukuna and then proceeded to formulate a whole plan to catch this 3F Sukuna rival, and Toji just outright blitzed past that attempt, why would Megumi be shocked Toji was able to dodge that when he knew he already knew he was relative to 3F Sukuna? It just goes ahead and shows that Toji is just blitzing through attacks that would've worked against 3F. If you want to be mathematical that would include a speed gap in the tenths.
Aglazing
