Yes from what Ive heard youtube favors at least weekly activities. Thats why some people regurgitate their content via commpost and shorts

Youtube has been somewhere from silly to stupid on various levels in several different ways for a long while. And no one, probably not even the Youtube staff, knows exactly what the rules are. I humbly apologize for my counties nonsense and please keep up the good work.

YouTube just being YouTube, your fans will always check out your content whether it’s recommended or not. Just keep making what you love and success will come.

I see them in my subscription tab. But I'm subrscribed to more channels than I can handle. On the home tab I mostly see them when you make community posts, like many other animators do as well. Or when it lines up with other "hololive animators" uploading.

You also need to consider that people YouTube pages are based on what they’re watching. If people aren’t watching animations, South Park, and holo live all at the same time, the algorithm just gives them one or the other. Also, this is a niche combined beautifully with another, so it might be hard to get the active overlapping fans.

YouTube screws over smaller creators. They said it themselves.

Yeah I didn’t realize I missed so many animations until this week. YT really sucks at this

It's not fair, I want your videos to have a lot of views😭 Maybe old videos redirecting to the new ones could help, with pinned comments or maybe some numerations in the tittles so YouTube could recommend them more easily? 🤔 Like 200 | Best teacher (SP Calli & Laplus animation) 201 | Best teacher 2 (SP Calli & Laplus animatio

it's wierd for me too... i'll avg a low number then once or twice a month it'll send a video into the algorithm. Even if my CPM for most of my videos is above 10% (avg is 4% apparently) for the first 3 days it gets no love from YT.

I daily make sure to browse my subscription feed. The home page is a wasteland of irrelevant recommendations

It recommended me the last Lapus video and then I realized there was other uploads too.

Youtube def shadowbanned you from my feed as well, I hadn’t seen your videos in months until this community post showed on my feed. Glad to see all your videos from the past 3 months 😂

I thought I'd seen all your animations, so seeing this I just noticed I hadn't seen your back to work or Russia ones. I haven't got notifications on however, so maybe it would have showed them if I did? Though to be honest YouTube pushing people to turn on notifications pisses me off. I never had them on for anyone. Then last year I'd thought I'd turn them on for some vtubers and my phone is just constantly assaulted by notifications (like I knew it would be). I hate it. Even end up misses messages from people cause after a certain amount of notifications my phone seems to give up trying to notify be about anything. I would say I hope its cause you had a break, and will get back to normal soon. But I really think its just how crappy YouTube is. Its such an unhealthy work environment for creators.

Youtube work as always. Again, many people wrote to me in a personal message that they did not see the new animations on YouTube and found out about their release only on Twitter. I still don't understand why YouTube does what. Maybe it's because I live in a non-English speaking country? But before, it didn’t seem to interfere, while statistics show that YouTube just began to show animations in recommendations less often. I could assume that this is due to my long absence, but this has been happening for several months, it's just more obvious now.
