As an "Action Legend," hmm.... yes, that's pretty much it 😅🙏🏿 , it's fair to say yes , Rambo Blade Terminator John Wick Equaliser These have had many sequels and stuck with us for some time ... so Denzel, yes, it's a "cementing." he added this to his archive, and we will all remember it showing us a more intense type of action charact

Before Denzel Retires , could we get him in a an Animated 3D movie please, that would be interesting and I don't think he's done anything like that before 🤔

Edward Woodward will always be the Equaliser to me as it's the original. Denzel Washington to a superb actor and to be fair he's the best and he will carry on making great films were each performance outshines the last

Denzel just has a ton of screen presence. For a modern actor he also brings a lot of gravitas too. For me, Training Day cemented him in. Although I guess it was more of a drama than an action film, it still had a lot of pace.

@keeneraf

The question was not was he already legendary. It was did this role cement him as ACTION legendary. And the answer is clearly yes. I never thought of Denzel as the kick the door down beat the shit out of and take everyone out guy UNTIL this role.

Denzel became a Legend after the movie Philadelphia, and even before that he was already seen as a rising star destined for the top.
