Hi Carla! THANK YOU!!! I've missed your videos a lot! At the same time, I TOTALLY support and admire your podcasts!/I'm 57 yrs young, I shed 22 pounds ( out of 40-to-lose- altogether goal weight), ....but, only to gain about half of it back in recent months. I‘ve missed you here so much! I‘m so glad you‘ll be back ❤️😘❤️ Q&A…hmmm…I‘d honestly love to know how you juggle all the jobs you do, insta, YT, and now Head Coach. Do you schedule blocks to prepare a chunk in advance, or have to do a bit of everything constantly? And if I‘m allowed a bonus question, how do you switch off from social media? Have you learned to use set times to log and and respond?

maybe i missed it- but a video on "life after the big loss" ?? ive lost 40 lbs, march '24 to jan 25' , and in maintenance mode now. i gain and lose 5lbs, and it triggers all sorts of bad (old) emotions....maybe a video on how to keep "my head on straight" ??? and not freak out with the fluctuations??? thankyou for all you do, youre an inspiration!❤️

What will the new BodySlims be like with you at the helm? Will it still be seminars? Will the seminars still be as long as Gerard’s were? Will they be more about your story or mostly about his? I am so excited to have you as the head coach! I don’t have any weight to lose but am thinking of joining just so that I can listen to the seminars on my walks and get motivation and inspiration from you. I would love to learn more about the work you did in sensorimotor therapy and whether that may be involved in BodySlims now as well. Ok sorry I know that was a lot of questions!

Question: Did you have one big moment, that you can remember, of your brain finally seeing the drastic physical change in your body? I’m nearing the 100 pounds down mark and I recently tried on a dress that forced my brain to go “OH”, and the resulting feeling was elation and even a little bit of panic. I was happy about it but I was also experiencing anxiety… I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced anything like that?

Hi Carla, question below, I just wanted to say thank you for so much - you inspired me to give trying to lose weight another go after having tried unsuccessfully for years and I’m thankful this time I’ve been consistent and am nearly at my goal weight. You help me to look at it all with a healthier mindset and I just want to say thank you ☺️ I found your video on change blindness really helpful as I struggle with feelings of not being present in my body and seeing myself as the same size. Do you have any tips about getting used to a smaller body? Doing ballet has helped a bit with centering myself but I think that my mind is still in the stage of feeling like it’s in someone else’s (not what it’s used to so it panics) (P.S. I found what you said in another video about feeling a bit like a baby deer really helpful lol)
