I love, love, love summer. I'm not keen on being sweaty all the time, but it's the wildest, most energetic, most adventurous season for me. The season of music and festivals, of being outdoors, of connecting, of possibilites, travel, of feeling the breeze on my skin, long evenings. Autumn always makes me sad.

Iβm definitely longing for autumn! Iβm so looking forward to chilly nights, pumpkin spice everything and cozy sweaters. It doesnβt help that summer is especially brutal where I live. Even though I usually enjoy being outdoorsy or at least taking long walks, I really struggle when it feels like strolling around in an oven!

I have to embrace summer while it's here. We only get about 4 months of warm in Minnesota but I'm still an autumn girl at heart.

When I was younger, Winter was just a distraction to get through before summer break. Now, Summer feels like a break from what seems like never ending winter! I'm trying to learn to appreciate summer while I can....before the leaves start to fall what basically feels like tomorrow!

I love summer, the warm temperatures and the long days! There are so many events and things you can do outside. The only thing I dislike is that I get sunburned very easily. π

This will be my first autumn living anywhere but Texas in the US (which has about 6 months of "hot summer", 4 months of "warm almost-summer", and 2 months of "cool-ish winter" with a couple of episodes of sleet/freezing rain a year). I'm so excited to see my first real autumn in a 4-season climate that it can't get here fast enough for me!! "Autumn" in Texas for the couple of weeks it happened, was my favorite time of year, because it meant the end of the brutal heat had finally arrived. I love going outside to a chill in the air and a light frost in the mornings, and can't wait to see the turning leaves and brilliant colors! Truly magical!

I live in the Deep South of the U.S. - where summer means daily temps of 95-100 degrees F (35-38 degrees C) & the humidity levels hover at 90-100%. It is akin to living in someone's sweaty armpit from May to October. Plus, I'm a pale-skinned ginger who bursts into flames in the sun, so autumn cannot come soon enough!

We had a glorious summer in June, for weeks we had high temperatures and no rain, the dayss are getting noticeably shorter, I'd love a little sunshine to ripen my produce in the greenhouse but not with the crazy temperatures of summer. Roll on Autumn

I love Fall and Winter. They are my favorite seasons! I've been dreaming of cool days and cold nights, autumn colors, and warm food and drink. Still a lot of Summer left, though.

Fall is fine, but can take its time. I am a summer lover. Always have been. Always will be :)

I fall right in the middle. Long for fall but hate when it is too cold. I love the greenery and growth of summer but thrive in the color changes and lore of the fall.

Definitely ready for fall. It's my season, and my birthday is in October, so I think I am just naturally drawn to it. I live in Missouri, and out of the country travel has never been a financial option for me. But I definitely will be there in spirit. Here's to a wonderful retreat and a beautiful Samhain.

Our spring lasted way too long, we didn't warm to summer temperatures until just a few weeks ago. I want summer to last long enough to truly enjoy it. Caren
