I've been following Aptera since the first article I read in Wired around 2008. After 3 different incarnations of the company, I hope they are able to finally bring it a production car to the market. Good luck.

I hate to say this. I've been a big Aptera fan for years, but the writing is on the wall. This isn't our last chance... It's yours.

Probably this closure means that your next investment opportunity, other than an actual vehicle, can’t be the extremely beneficial ‘10k shares plus a 10k vehicle discount’ deal anymore.

what does it mean by "closes" ? No more crowdfunding needed ?

As a Canadian, I'm waiting patiently for Aptera to announce when their vehicle will be exported to other countries.

You should do right by earlier investors and give us matching 1:1 discounts. And it's way past time to take money with some strings attached; maybe you don't become the world's first trillionaires and also keep 100% voting shares.

You should maybe keep it open another month. Without prying for details, are there plans for a ddifferent opportunity for people to invest? Or are you guys simply wanting to focus on "Aptera's Grand Tour" event? 😊

I have a " popular mechanics" magazine from decades ago: Aptera is a scam

I remember when you said last year before the USCG fundraiser that this was the last crowdfunding opportunity. You're just a scam. By the way, how did the USCG loans work out? You raised like one percent of what you needed.

Honestly I love this whole thing but I do not believe you when you say that there will never be any public/private investment necessary. Because that's what you say here.

I have lost patience with Aptera and written off my $10.000 investment I made years ago. It will be too expensive compared to other EVs and with the EU banning carbon fiber on cars by 2029 the market will shrink.

Isn't this the 10th time some sort of priority perk is offered? How does anyone keep track of the customers' places in line? (Assuming anything ever gets delivered).

Since Aptera is considered a motorcycle, will insurance cost more or less than that of a car? I've never had a motorcycle.

I just have to think... TESLA 2 for 22 000 USD.
