Used to be 275 two years ago. Lost 70lbs doung intermittent fasting. But ive felt like ive plateaued, ive been stuck around 205-210 for a year now and ive been trying to figure out a good diet for fat loss and muscle growth.

How many times can compound lifts be practiced? Im looking at it as strength is a skill so it should be practiced as much as possible until you get stronger then you can lower frequency

For me it's I keep program hopping. I've never built a decent amount of strength even though I have lifted for 10 plus years and can't even bench 205 or squat 135. I don't know if I should do full body or a bro split or what. Always indecisive.
