I find that whenever a historical question about mental illness comes up it’s always labeled under female psychosis or demons and only one of them was an option so clearly it was the correct answer.

That question was far too broad! People wouldn’t have thought OCD was demonically caused in 1850. Probably not in 1750. Probably 1650, definitely in 1450
