Try the original chest expander routine from Reg Park. Just need the 7-spring chest expander of robert baraban. Or at least watch Alex Leonidas youtube video on chest expander and make an experiment using this tool

The Hungarian Experiment
Who's bodybuilding/workout program should I do over July - Mid-November until I take on the #HormoziExperiment again?š¤
I've super open to changing things up, whether it's more calisthenics based or powerlifting/bodybuilding based....
At this time, I have no particular conditions other than:
1. I want it to be a reputable program that many people have done before
2. I don't have to think about it. I just show up and do the program as listed
I'm also hoping to get extensive testing done on my body prior/during this new programming, so it should be a cool experiment to see how it comes together.
