My best days: 30 - 45 minutes of training (read company marketing, review scripts, watch a CRM training video). Then, pick up the phone at the blocked call time. Dial, talk (script), key in a few notes; dial, talk (script), key in a few notes. Repeat, repeat, repeat. I often highlight at 50-75-100 names in my call list as visual targets.
