Lawyers are the foot soldiers of our Constitution. They work within the framework established by the Constitution to uphold legal rights, ensure due process, and represent individuals and organizations within the legal system. Advocate Binayak Subudhi has shared his life story and his desire to pursue a unique and impactful career path. He has provided clear distinctions between a lawyer and an advocate, highlighting their job roles and responsibilities: 1. The Lawyer is the one who Provides legal advice and counsel to clients on legal rights, responsibilities, and obligations. Drafting legal documents such as contracts, wills, and agreements.
2. An advocate is a specific type of lawyer who represents clients in court proceedings, particularly in litigation.
He outlined two primary types of lawyers: litigation lawyers and non-litigation lawyers: Litigation is the process of fighting an argument or a case in court whereas Non Litigation work includes legal documentation or transactional work of a client or corporate.

Certainly, pursuing a career in law offers a wide range of job opportunities across various sectors like: 1. Lawyer can be an Advocate for litigation cases 2. Can be In-house Counsel, house lawyers, In house professional 3. The Government can appoint them as Law Officers

Indeed, the legal profession, like any other, has its challenges and lacunae that aspiring lawyers should be aware of: 1. Hierarchy and Seniority Issues: where seniors don't accept young professionals in courts 2. Skill set & Competency : Junior lawyers who lack a strong skill set or experience may struggle to handle complex cases or satisfy client expectations, which can impact their career progression.
3. Case Volume & income : There may be a limited volume of cases available, especially for junior lawyers. This can result in lower income potential initially.
Legal fraternity should be built to motivate the young generation of lawyers both financially and in education also.
Lastly, Advocate has focused on earlier major concern about high fees for enrollment in the state Bar council which is now the Supreme Court has reserved a uniform enrolment fees for every state.
The Supreme Court has declared the political funding is Unconstitutional in the case of Electoral bond as it violates the Right to Information Act.

The narrator has discussed other major concerns about Enforcement Directorate, its job role, and the Patanjali Case where the Advertising standards Council Of India (ASCI) took steps for violating the Law by Baba Ram Dev for showing false Advertisement and commitment to the people.
In essence, the legal profession acts as a safeguard against misconduct and injustice by upholding legal standards, advocating for justice, and providing recourse for those affected by wrongful actions.
