So apparently: Every Toho Godzilla lives in the same Universe (except Zilla) since in the new anniversary short, we see The Millennium Godzilla interact with a heisei Godzilla statue/building, and in the film’s Millennium Godzilla Fights Kiryu that’s basically 1954 Gojira, so that proves that every Godzilla might meet in the future!
