To be honest, I have never heard of this guy, but as an audiophile and a true music lover - it makes me sad 😢. Now I will definitely look up his music even though a bit too late. May he rest in peace, and my warmest condolences to his family. All The Best Regards / J

Tomas Lindberg, iconic vocalist of At The Gates, passed away at 52 after battling adenoid cystic carcinoma. The Swedish metal pioneer, known for Slaughter of the Soul, died from cancer treatment complications.
The band shared: "Tomas, you were our inspiration. Forever missed." His raw voice defined melodic death metal.
