I'll give them some nice descriptions as if they were actual in-game missions. Hopefully that will create some fun for whomever would like to try them out. Sort of roleplay-esque and newbie-friendly.

Best answer to this question, was a pirate that would pay people to rat in his system. So he could go hunt them. But I could see coalitions doing this as well, for their sov upgrades.

It's eve online... Every single form of monetary interaction between players that you've created, almost-exclusively, gets used to scam people. Please note my tidal wave of surprise that you've created yet another way to do that >.> I'm honestly curious if you're technically capable of creating a system wherein you can't scam someone in that game.
