there’s something about going from being in middle school and listening to pure rock, grunge, and metal, avoiding alternative, folk, and indie like the plague and then it’s all you listen to once you hit high school, because i just made the realization. and you know maybe it’s because middle school was a different kind of torture i can’t talk about and this is the opposite or maybe ive just learned to be myself and not the mold of who i thought i was
