where can i buy grandstream phones and pbx? i try with amazon but i'm not sure about the license policy and how that works

That’s about when I was Grandstream certified and trained with and given a UCM6202 PBX to try out. Are they supporting that device? NOPE Be fair and honest

Here's a company standing behind their product. The @GrandstreamNetworks GXP1625 was released in 2016 and Grandstream is still selling, supporting, and releasing firmware for it.
