Before or after stretching and warming up?

@SuperMontsta

Super easily. I'll bend, keep knees straight, then fall forward. Look like a tent, but mission accomplished.

I can do a standing forward fold (face to knees) after a few months training for it

Where's the "Hell no" option, lol

No. My hamstrings and hip flexors are tight as fuck even with regular stretching. I can get into a deep squat. But years of cycling have tightened everything up.

If I warm up I can even flat palm the floor with straight legs. Been very flexible since I was young. A little less now!

My hamstrings are the tightest part of my body, I know it may not be my hamstrings but I do feel lots of pressure in them when bending over to touch toes.

Yes, I sit whole day and still can do that. Idk whats supposed to be difficult about it. I am touching with knuckles few times per week as a warm up.
