Have we had the perfect Willy Wonka movie yet?

@OmnicidalClown1992

Honestly, I love both Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory and Charlie & the Chocolate Factory equally, but for different reasons.

Charlie and the Chocolate Factory (2005). CG was used stylistically in that film and it looks fantastic. Not everything has to look realistic.

Willy Wonka and the Chocolate factory - 1971

The Willy Wonka with Johnny Depp was the perfect one as it was made with Dahl's original vision, I prefer the Gene Wilder one as a movie but the Johnny Depp one as an adaption.

1: Willy Wonka and the chocolate factory is one of the top 100 greatest movies of all time and even if it wasn’t entirely accurate to the book it doesn’t matter because it is too good. 2: Charlie And The Chocolate factory is a nice alternative and I’ll always quote “lollipops, what we well call cavities on a stick” but although I love Johnny depps performance it’s not near as memorable as the original. Wonka: A bastardizing prequel who understood NOTHING, WE LOSE, GOOD DAY SIR!
